MacIntyre Care had been based at their headquarters in Central Milton Keynes for 30 years. Their previous office spanned three floors, featuring a segmented layout that divided their operations.

Following a referral, MacIntyre reached out to iOTA to discuss the development of a new 5,000 sq. ft. office in Milton Keynes. They sought our expertise in space planning, design and furniture selection for the new site.

During our initial consultation, MacIntyre expressed a desire to transition from their previous segmented layout to a fully open-plan office situated on a single floor.

Our creative team responded by designing a seamless, open-plan workspace that includes private offices, formal and informal meeting rooms, collaborative working areas, storage solutions, and lockers. This design promotes connectivity while maintaining areas for privacy and focus.

We delivered a complete design-and-build solution, encompassing partitioning, data cabling, electrical work, flooring, and audiovisual installations and furniture to bring their vision to life.
