We’re pleased to be announced as finalists for not just one Northamptonshire Business Excellence Award but two! iOTA is a finalist for the sustainability award and alongside this finalist placement, our director Emma Walker is also nominated as business woman of the year.
We take sustainability very seriously within our business and strive to provide the most honest and efficient ways to work towards a sustainable future. Emma, our business founder who has been nominated as a finalist too, has put sustainability at the heart of the business since its inception and so these two awards are a great piece of recognition for the business.
The award nominations and finalist placements are a great nod to the success of the business and how we have strived to work through some tricky times, namely the pandemic, to produce great results. The pandemic has changed the office and workplace scene but in some ways for the better, it has allowed us to rethink how businesses operate and how sustainability actually becomes one of the core features of design, as we head towards a Net-Zero and plastic-free society.
Wish Emma and the business luck on the night and congratulations to the amazing finalists, Northamptonshire is certainly a busy and thriving business scene which we’re proud to be a part of. The event is taking place on the 9th November at the County Cricket Ground and we look forward to seeing the host Rob Beckett presenting too for what’s set to be a great night.
Wish us luck!
