The Brief
After nearly 30 years in their old premises, Citizens Advice needed a fresh start. The goal was to design a brand-new Milton Keynes office for up to 50 staff, a space that balanced functionality and warmth while reflecting their values as a busy, people-focused organisation.
 

The requirements were clear:

Private offices

Meeting & training rooms

Kitchen & breakout areas

Customer-facing spaces (formal & informal)

Collaborative areas with a mix of tables and booths
 

Our Role
iOTA Interiors led the design and layout, creating a workplace that flowed naturally and supported every aspect of their operations. Once the vision was in place, we supplied and installed the furniture, modern, comfortable, and practical pieces that bring the design to life and make the office a welcoming place for staff, volunteers, and visitors.

The Wider Fit-Out
This was a true transformation project: Mango Interiors Group & iOTA coordinated interior works, flooring, cabling, electrical, fire safety, and AC alterations to deliver a complete fit-out, turning what was once a “big empty room” into a thriving, functional hub.

The Result
The result is a bright, modern, and professional workspace that has already drawn compliments from everyone who steps inside. Staff and volunteers now have a space that supports collaboration, productivity, and community.
