As part of their exciting growth journey, Pro Tiler Tools, moved into a brand-new 138,000+ sqft headquarters and distribution centre. This impressive facility includes a 126,000 sqft warehouse, a brand-new trade counter, and a spacious 10,497 sqft office.
iOTA Interiors, were brought in to design and deliver a functional, welcoming, and future-proof office space for both the admin and warehouse teams.
The Brief:
Pro Tiler Tools needed a workspace that could support their growing team and improve day-to-day operations. The vision was clear – they wanted a dynamic environment that balanced productivity, flexibility, and staff wellbeing.
Key requirements included:
A large, shared kitchen and breakout space for both office and warehouse staff – a central hub for connection and downtime
A first-floor office to accommodate around 59 team members
A professional boardroom for 20 people
Hot desking areas and informal meeting spaces to encourage agile working
Director offices and dedicated workspace for the warehouse team

Complete Interior Fit-Out – Mango Interiors - From partitioning and flooring to electrical/data installs and air-con upgrades, we managed it all. We also delivered stylish tea points and kitchen zones that tick both form and function.
